Was just reading about girello - love it, my FIL often roasts it, then freezes slices of it. Great in sandwiches.
Tonight we're having Atlantic salmon with home made oven baked chips & salad. Giving thermie a rest!

Butterflied spiced pork with roasted potatoes and kumera, steamed corn, beans and carrots, spinach herb bread and zucchini muffins.    Lemon delicious in ramekins for dessert with just a small blob of ice-cream on the top.  :D

Thanx - my girls are very good eaters generally - tho they are all slim... I had someone tell me once this: "You know why your kids are so scrawney?...because you feed them too healthily."   :o  (My girls are slim but all 3 of them are perfectly average for weight/age proportions - and on the 50% line for their ages.  :) - and I'm not even 5ft tall, so it is a wonder  none are short for their age... must take after my 6ft9in DH!  ;) )
