I just googled it Hally and it said 'eye round' which really doesn't give much of an idea. It is sols as a piece of meat and has no fat or sinew in it. I buy it quite a lot as it is usually cheaper than other cuts and is nice for grilling, roasting casseroling and in face all things. If you google it you'll see it.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

The Gerello roast is also called Eye Round.  It is a very lean cut of meat - have a look in the meat section next time you are shopping and you will see it.  It is sometimes corned and has a low fat label on it and is the one I try and find if I want a piece of corned meat.  Can't always get it though.  You may have even seen it cut up as minute steaks as well.

if u slice about 1/2in then butterfly that slice and tenders it with meat basher :-)) u could use it for involtini or schnitzel

i don't need a recipe i'm italian

I nearly always buy girello unless I want it to eat as apiece of steak.

 I used to roast it, and it was great! So easy to carve/slice once cooked. I've never mastered carving a roast lamb...  :-*
