Its an old favourite here too Suzanne ;D I can remember mum making it when I was little, and I would put tomato sauce on all of it! :D

Tonight was prawn and avocado pasta salad :D

I made Katie's onion hot dog rolls (which were lovely) and we had them with fried onions and mushrooms, cheese kransky's and salad.

Chicken pieces roasted with onion and potatoes.
Ready in 35 mins, served with carrots and courgette for DD and I.

Mixed summer fruits ice cream for dessert based on Gerts strawberry icecream.
I am into ice cream, my sore throat loves it.  >:(

Last night I did marinated pork spare ribs.. yummy
Tonight slow cooked corned beef, and all the veges.

Dinner for 6 every nite now.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Pumpkin pie, pumpkin scones, pumpkin fruit cake, pumpkin chips... I have a recipe for pumpkin spice ice cream that looks yummy too ;D

Tonight for dinner, slow cooked chicken curry with rice and vegies :)
