Love all the pictures.  I have been spending 1/2 of each day in the garden and any spare time playing with a few new recipes.  Last night for a quick snack , made Matthew Evans Welsh Rarebit, ( posted )  more for tonight,  Made 8 rolls to go in the freezer  :-)) :-)).  Loaf of Sour Dough and most interesting of all was Pork Sweet and Sour.  This was a Kylie Kwong recipe,  the sauce cooked in TMX,  using fresh veggies.  Certainly makes a difference.

Lamb roast tonight with roast vegies. EDC mint sauce though. I don't have mint growing so I am trying to encourage a couple of the bits I bought to grow roots in a glass of water so that I can plant it.

It's the one herb I grow on a pot Cookie as it's a pest if left to itself in the ground., comes up everywhere :P

Same here CC,  the more I cut the mint back,  the more it seems to grow.  Have several types,  the one called Apple mint is the one for mint sauce ,  to go with Roast Lamb.
