Isn’t it nice to do something different Chookie. We once took DH’s Mother up to the city late at night to have a pie floater from a food van in front of the Adelaide Casino just so that she could have that experience for the first time.
Judy, so true.  While we waited for our order, they gave us a cup of lentil soup. I’ve given most of the Minestrone away so will make some of the lentil  soup. Several different versions online. I could taste cardamom and cumin with a little heat. I’ll look for a recipe that has these.

Didn’t get to make Lentil soup as I found a lamb shank in the freezer. Made large crockpot of soup. .I bought a bag of mini Brussel sprouts. I’ve been adding them to everything .

Last night we had home made pizza.

Tonight the men are having beef & wine casserole with potato bake, broccoli  & carrots.  Stewed pears for dessert.  I will have pasta with zucchini
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Skinnymixers tray bake curry sausages very easy ! Made the Malaysian curry powder first from 4 blades . I use this a lot as it doesn’t have dried garlic powder etc , all natural whole spices so much easier . Although had no chilli flakes so used cayenne pepper powder instead ! It’s a little hot so less is more next time . Keep it in a jar for use the next at lest four times . Fresh greens on the side . Bbq lamb shanks tonight .
