What's for Dinner Tonight?

I made a Shepherd’s Pie last night and we have the leftovers for dinner tonight.

Reheated roast lamb tonight then cottage pie Wednesday.

Last night was Potato & Leek Soup

Tonight will be quiche with steamed veg and 1/2 bbq chicken from the supermarket.

Snap Margaret, I’ll be having it every night until I use it all up as I did with last week’s vegetable soup.

Roast lamb tonight with the usual vegetables.  Stewed pears for dessert.

Last night I had a grilled kipper.

Salmon fillets with ginger orange lemon and rice , greens . Dessert Lune ginger croissant.

I made some soup out of the bone with some meat attached from roast lamb. Added an assortment of veggies.

I’m making ham hock and split pea soup for tea tonight and many other nights.

We had feta, roasted tomatoes baked and served with pasta served through.

Pizza last night.  Cottage Pie tonight.

Staying with a friend in Wangaratta. We made Mushroom Risotto in the TMX and brought it with us. I’m trying to get my friend to use her TMX more. She was gifted her TMX and hasn’t had a lesson.

We are having a quiche tonight with grated potato as the base and sides, instead of pastry.
