Fantastic looking cake Kimmy. I copied Chookie and used 2 bar tins to do Kimmy's fruit cake. I can't wait until it cools, I did taste the raw mixture of course and loved it.
I have a loaf of bread almost ready to go in the oven and I made some of Nikki's Green Curry Sauce she showed us yesterday. I only used 6 chillies, not 14.!

Omg 6 is still more than enough chillies. Fruit cakes look lovely.

It tasted quite hot but the sensation didn't last long. I'm looking forward to using it.

Great cakes ladies!
I made Chookie's Cinnamon Raisin Buns. I think I could eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they were yum!

Jam, glad you like them.  I think leftovers would make nice Bread and Butter pudding.

I've made a bread, have another one for scrolls rising, done Chookie's Walnut Fruit Loaf, made a Chai Cake from Nikki's class, about to put on Mich's SC Satay recipe and hopefully get a batch of Pizza pies done for I sit down exhausted after doing the ironing. I love the cooking part though.

All this cooking is wearing me out and its not me doing it; this morning I have made the lime curry paste from Devil of a Cookbook and mixed up some lime ice cream ready for the churn.

Today I've made lamb Bhuna Gohst from the new Skinnymixers curry book, together with cauliflower rice and steamed broccoli (for tomorrow nights dinner),  vegetable soup from the TM5 chip, goulash soup and a fruit cake using my Mums recipe.

I had a little taste of the Bhuna Gohst and it tastes delicious. Another great curry recipe from Skinnymixers.

Sure did Cookie; but neither took many so still have a couple. After making the curry paste I made scrambled eggs and it was lovely with the hint of the curry in it. Cant waste anything.
