Well I'm not sure how things will go depending on what the new baby is like however my mum had 2 of us under 12 months and a friend has recently done the same and she has beautiful kids.

I wouldn't go so far as saying it's easy....as they'll be 18 months apart...but it might not be as bad as some people say.

Did you find it easy to make time to eat healthily and exercise?

it was easy for me, I was working from home. :)
exercise is going up and downstairs stairs all day, as we have a 2 story house.

I found it great, my kids are still best friends, do so much together, love being together.

 Hope all goes well.

My two boys are 18 months apart. It's hard work and my second one was a nightmare re sleeping until he was two, but if you have a good routine and stick to. It, you can find time. I found my valco pram with toddler seat invaluable.  I could walk or jog while the baby slept (even if it was only for 30mins) and the toddler sat up front enjoying the view. The best tip I got was when preparing food, cut up a heap of carrot, capsicum and celery sticks. Keep in fridge as a quick healthy  snack. Great for when breast feeding ;)
All the best you will do great. And remember not to stress too much about the weight. It will come off eventually and its more important to enjoy your children now as the grow up too quick :)

Try 4 in 12 months and 5 days :) my daughter Anna did this.  Two sets of twins in 12 months!  I'm sure I've mentioned this on the forums before but it's always good for shock value!

...and unscathed? Gosh what a shock to the system. Our neighbours have 2 sets of twins but there is several years between them.

Haha.  She is a wonderful mother.  She has 6 children aged 6, 4, 3(2), 2(2)! So they are all still fairly young.  She already had the two girls and talked her husband into a third baby. He reluctantly gave in and that was the first set of twins ( boy and girl), then the accidental pregnancy three months later, again a boy and girl :)

Jude, I always marvel at how Anna copes. I find it hard enough with 1. Glad the twins don't run thru all the family :D
I still remember their wedding like it was yesterday, must be my old age ;)
