Well done Megan.  :) :)

I am going to join in too.

How much weight do you think you could loose in 12 months.  What is reasonable, so I don't set myself up for failure.

Ideally i would like to loose 15 kilos. Any ideas for me.
  Thanks

Robyn do you want to do 12wbt? Let me know and I can send you a referral email ;)

I have no willpower to abstain from a glass or two of wine at night, which is my biggest problem I think. That, and the fact that I can't/hate running...

CP, but the time I get home, I am tired. Then to cook dinner,  not much time to go walking..

I know I should..

CP, but the time I get home, I am tired. Then to cook dinner,  not much time to go walking..

I have the same problem....I normally don't get home until after 6 and then it is cooking, cleaning up, washing, ironing and straightening and trying to finish off paperwork.  I have found that the best way for me to get my steps is to spend 5 or 10 minutes every hour walking back and forth across my office.  I normally get between 3 to 4 thousand steps up before I get to work but if I sit at my desk all day, I might only do another thousand steps unless I do that walking back and forth.  I find it really hard to muster the enthusiasm at the moment to get on the treadmill...I had started running on it but overdid it and spent a week hobbling around because my knees and hips were incredibly painful.

Fingers crossed, I should be under 70kg within a couple of weeks :).

How convenient that you have a pole in your living room CP, but I must say your dancing skills could use a bit of work ;D
