Every two weeks Sue!?!? :o Ouuuuch :(
I can't even talk about needles without my blood pressure going up. I don't cope well at all. I think I'm going to end up embarrassing myself :'(

Thank you smiley Sue :-)) ;D :D ;) :) 8) :-*

The injury doesn't sound pleasant Amy, but with the acupuncture, just think of how much greater you'll feel afterwards. Maybe take in an iPod or something to listen to music on, and close your eyes while the physio is doing it - out of sight out of mind.

Good suggestion Jakodai.

I went for an 1.5 hour bike ride this morning and spent the day gardening. My eating has settled down a bit so hopefully this week I won't gain any weight.

Times like these I wish I had an ipod :-\

Weigh in today. No loss, no gain. Not complaining.

I have a slight ham string strain at the moment. I hope it settles down soon. I also am having my carpal tunnel eased and the palte removed from my wrist on Wed so no swimming for a couple of weeks until the stitches are out.

Good news about your weight Den, but not so good about the hamstring and carpal tunnel! Ouch :(
Are you going to be able to do much exercise?

I hope to get back to cycling and the gym fairly soon after surgery.  The only thing the surgeon has said is that I have to keep the stitches dry.  I will play it by ear and see how my arm feels.

The hamstring doesn't feel too bad this morning. I went to the gym to get a final session in before surgery and I think I pulled up ok. It was really giving me curry yesterday but I think that was because of Sunday's long run and spending 4 hours siting in a car. It is almost more of a periformis or glute strain so the sitting really variegated it.

I have a massage booked for this afternoon and that should help. I am really looking forward to having another bloke playing with my bum. :-[

Thats so funny Dash.

Now they really should not be doing that while massaging..
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

The reason I haven't been posting in this thread is......I'm pregnant with no.2!! Just finishing the first trimester so I will start gaining weight rather than losing it. That and the fact I've been busy organising daugters 1st birthday and selling our house and moving soon!

Having said that though I managed to lose the 5kg I wanted and a lot earlier than expected. So down to 69kg. Hopefully I don't put on as much as I did with the first pregnancy!
