Same here Amy, I'm confident enough with my eating habits that I don't think I need to worry. I know if I have over eaten for the day. And as long as I'm eating my 3 meals and healthy snacks I know I'm on the right track ;)

300g loss for me this week, didn't expect to loss any as I have been so inactive the last few week with this darn flu.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Well that's a bonus Jen, well done. I hate when you feeling unwell and no energy. I just hope I don't get sick for the next few weeks while looking after my Nephew.

Go you Mandi! I forgot it was weigh day and ate breakfast and got fully dressed before remembering! Oh well tomorrow or next week!

Finally the counting of the points is paying off! I am not supposed to weigh til tomorrow but had to jump on scales to see a 0.5 loss already! :)

I ran both mornings Judy. Unfortunately Amy is injured and can't run. We were both disappointed, we were looking forward to having a run together.
