I need to feel 100% by Saturday as I'm going to be trying Bikram yoga for the first time and won't be able to give it a go unless I'm 100%. I've been wanting to try it for a long time but a studio has just opened not far from home so I'm quite excited to finally get the opportunity. Will be interesting to see if I can get through the class and want to go back.

Managed to walk to the school with the kids and an empty pram, then kept walking to pick up my nephew, while I was there I vacuumed and cleaned the kitchen. Then walked back home with my nephew, then spent the rest of the day chasing him around. So well and truly got in my 10,000 steps + more :)

I'm finding now I have been on the challenge for several weeks now that I'm craving totally different foods than I used too, I don't crave chocolate very often at all (which is a big plus)
I now crave nuts, fruit, salads and veggies.
I have started to stop counting calories as I think I have that under control enough not to worry about counting what I eat. I have got into a pretty good routine now and am enjoying my life style change.

It is Wonder, I'm just going to wait and see what my body decides to do (when I stop loosing weight)
I know I'm eating less calories than I'm burning at the moment, so I'm going to stick to that and go with the flow :)

Wonder, make sure you are absolutely well before trying bikram. I did it for quite a few years. Go for at least 3 sessions before you decide whether you want to continue. It really was very good.

Courton that's why i'm hoping to be 100% better but I don't think I will get there by tomorrow. I'm no where near 100% yet so I might have to put it off again. I've done so much research on it and it seems you hate the first few times but then get addicted. They have a cheap pass for the first 10 days to encourage people to keep going. did you keep going? i don't actually know anyone who has practices but have done lots and lots of reading.

this bug is really affecting my weight on the scales, when I weighed myself on the weekend I was down 4kgs, Wednesday was down about 2kg and now I think I'm only down 1kg - just hope it doesn't keep going up. :-))
