Just picked up 2 more fitbits for DH and DD, I ordered them 10 days ago from Harvey Norman but they stuffed up and never sent my fitbit. Went in today to pick them up. They gave me 100 free photo printing voucher for there mistake. (wow) a whole $7 worth of printing to replace the $5.95 postage cost and fuel to run in to town :(
Anyway I have them both charging now :)

Both me & my DH are loving our Fitbits. They are certainly encouraging me to walk more.

Before it was so easy to get off the train in the morning and hop on the tram to get to work. Now morning & night without fail I'm walking instead (25 minute walk each way). The sleep pattern info it shows is interesting too.

I would love the sleep information just to see if I really sleep as badly as I think I do.

I don't think I would be able to sleep if I knew something was recording stuff about me :-))

I have set DHs fitbit up ready to go, will leave DD to set up her own when she gets home. I wonder how long DH will have his for? He has a bad habit of loosing things and breaking things :(, I won't be buying him another one so hopefully he looks after it :D

Well done Meagan, we are all here to support each other. I'm really enjoying the weight loss challenge and changing the way I eat and exercise. I'm feeling heaps better :D

I've slacked off the last couple of days as I have been so tired. Not really liking DD's new diet as there is so much preparation and remembering to drink this and have this before this  :-)) There is so much fruit and veges around the kitchen benches cos I just don't have the room in the fridge.

Yay I'm down 200g from last weigh day. I know it's not alot but it's the first time in a couple of weeks the scales have moved :D
I think my fat loss is now ahead of my muscle gain ;D
That and I have been pushing my self a little harder with lots of Jill climbs to get the heart pumping. I have exercised every single day for the last 2 weeks and pushed a little harder each time.
