Lol CP, at least your DD is great motivation :D

And as for the water I do drink a bit but probably not enough :(
Think I'm going to have to concentrate on increasing my water intake :D

Just went for another walk and tackled a steep hill, I can't believe I made it to the top without killing over lol.

I have climbed 42 flights of stairs today, I'm pretty stoked with myself :D

Well so far since having my fitbit I have walked over 160km, I have been eating well and moving heaps. So when is this weight going to start dropping off?
I have even been weighing my food to make sure I have the right portions. Sooner or later surely something has to give. Come on body start burning this fat away :D

Unfortunately its not going to drop off Mandi, and if you want a sustainable weight loss, you don't want it to. You didn't gain it all overnight, so you're not going to lose it all overnight either. Just don't give up :)

I've decided to do a weigh in once a week instead of daily.

You were weighing yourself daily CP?!? :o No no no no no.... daily doesn't work. Weekly, fornightly, or even monthly are the better ways to go ;)

And as for the water I do drink a bit but probably not enough :(
Think I'm going to have to concentrate on increasing my water intake :D

Drinking lots of water will help you lose weight for many reasons. The first one being that if you don't drink water, your body goes in dehydration mode and tries to store all the water in your body, which makes you weigh more.
Like Jen said, 2 litres is a good water goal :)

And congrats on the hill Mandi ;D

Dede I know it can fluctuate. My DH is weighing every day but he did that before we had the fitbit scales.

I am doing it on Wednesday as I have signed up to do the Michelle Bridges 12 week body transformation program :o and the weigh in day is a Wednesday for that. If anyone is interested in signing up, I benefit from having three others sign up to this round (round 3) so please pm me and I will send you an invite. Preseason starts on the 30th of July and it kicks off on the 27th of August. I am scared but excited at the same time.

So watch out fibiters  ;) you are going to have a crazy exerciser on your hands soon  :-*

I've dine it twice now. Recipes are awesome.
First time I lost 10kgs second round I lost nothing.
Its calorie counting and 6day a week exercise with a forum and challenges etc. Good program but you need to stay focused and involved

I've decided to do a weigh in once a week instead of daily.

I have a regular weekly weigh day. Each Monday morning first thing after going to the toilet. Sometimes I sneak in an extra one but I am usually sorry when I do. It often find that either I am disappointed because I don't see any progress or I think I am doing well then on my 'official' weigh day my progress is not as good as expected.

I have just realized that my fitbit has almost paid for itself already with the money I have saved on fuel. My car has hardly been anywhere for the last 2 weeks cause I walk instead. It's amazing how much fuel I use just going back and forward to the shop and school :)
So I'm saving money and getting fitter :D

I'm going to tackle that hill agin today, really gets the heart pumping. Yesterday I had to stop twice before I got to the top, today I'm aiming for stopping only once :)
