Well done Jen! Those measurements are just important as the numbers on the scales, if not more so ;)

That's great Meagan, Walking to school each day will bring your walking count up, I'm still using my old pedometer, would love a fitbit but cant justify one yet.
Dede I didn't loose any weight this week either, but had my measurements done at curves today and have lost 24.5cm in the last 4 weeks so pretty happy with that.

Wow that is great Jen, so obviously you are building up muscle not to show up on the scales. I should do measurements too as I feel like I have lost weight but the scales are just not telling me that :)

Well done Jeninwa.  Amy is right, the measurements are as important as the numbers on the scale.

Feel like I'm going to cry :'(

I gained over a kilo this week and there is no way it could all be muscle, but I have no idea how it could be fat since I have exercised for at least two hours, if not three, every day, and haven't eaten any junk. I don't usually sweat but I said a few colourful words when I got on the scales >:(

Amy, go kick a big box, then scream.. :-* :-*

Weight loss is a tricky science. :-\
You can fluctuate 2 kilos a day. Do you drink lots of water, you properly do, as you exercise heaps.
Ladies also carry extra fluid  due to your cycle.

Just remember we love you, and its only a number, and tomorrow it will be another different number.

I put the scales away, and only weigh myself maybe every six weeks. always about the same.

Now scream again.. louder..

Amy, as Robyn says it is only a number and will fluctuate for so many different reasons. You need to congratulate yourself on all the amazing things you have done extremely well this week, including all the amazing work you do at home and to help others, the exercising, studying and eating well and try not to dwell on your weight. Try not to loose heart and keep up the great work.
