I struggle to hit 10000 but I just did my normal movements the first few days as I was sick and didn't do any extra movements and my 'normal ' steps is only around 3000 so doing 9000 is a vast improvement I think :D
I'm going into town so will finally get some stairs into my stats lol

I have done no exercise for nearly 3 weeks. >:( illness & school holidays.

My food intake has stayed the same, but I can feel an extra layer of fat on my body. Its horrible.

So my point is, that exercise really does make a difference.

I had a disc herniation which trapped a nerve in my spine. Very painful. Ouchies :(
So the surgeoun went in and cut off the bit of disc that was trapping the nerve so the nerve could swim around happily in his little fluid bubble again :D
Ouch! I cringed just reading that! I hope everything's OK now.

Jakodai how do you add friends? The only way I can see is to email an invite.
I'm not sure either. I was hoping that if a non-friend viewed my profile that there'd be a button or something to add them.

The tonsillitis is worse today. Very sore. I had a look at my throat and it looks better than yesterday, but much more painful. I finished my nurofen off last night, so I'll have to head over to the supermarket to get some more. No fevers last night, so that's a plus! I'll have to get on the fitbit website to see how I slept. DS woke up really upset at about 5am so he came in to my bed with me and we slept in until 8.30am which was really nice.

The frozen yoghurt shop opens at 11:30am, and at the moment that's all I feel like I can eat.

Yes it is, fine and dandy thanks Amanda ;D

You're absolutely right Hally. I'm scared of getting sick or injured because I know I wouldn't be able to exercise and my weight would probably go up :-[

I've emailed you an invite Stacelee, and CP63. I'm seriously so excited about this little device. Nothing has ever motivated me like this has. It's fantastic! I'm even thinking of coming home during my lunch break tomorrow and taking Jake for a walk to keep my steps up - I just have to make sure I don't stop off at the frozen yoghurt shop on my way back to work... lol. I work in an office at a desk all day, so I won't get many steps during the day.
