Yeah, Amy - we could be your guinea pigs!

Stacelee, you sound a lot like me...! It's much easier when they don't get tight!

I'm planning on taking the stairs as much as I can. At work it'll be easier, but at home I have to take the lift when I have DS - I'm NOT pushing a pram down three flights of stairs! Or up for that matter. I think it'll make a big difference to actually SEE what I'm doing.

I have nowhere I can use stairs really. I do have a stepper machine and I tried that but it didn't count as walking up stairs. I managed one flight of stairs yesterday when I went to the accountants.

Don't be too worried about a small amount like that CGL, remember there are many factors that can influece weight. Your little gain might not be fat at all ;)

I just jumped on my new scales and actually weigh 90.1kgs - worse than my Fat B***h weight  :'( :'( :'( I have got a lot of weight to lose, but I'm really intrigued with this little device and have already earnt my first badge climbing up and down the stairs 11 times. I see you can link somehow with friends, so we can probably do that once we work out how to. I'll go for a ride on my bike soon to see if I can use up some steps or something. (yikes! I should be working...)
