Yep kitchen nice and clean. They are pretty good at cleaning up after them self :D
And I will really try not to run over my toe (although I have 10 :D )

But you're from Tassie aren't you supposed to have 12 toes?  ;D

How tall are you Amy - you may have said previously but I've forgotten.

I'm 172cm tall Judy. I've been this height since I was 12 :-))

Amy, surely you are not overweight for your height  :o  I'm about 5' nothing and weigh about 65kg.  Not bothered about losing weight though, this seems to be the weight I was meant to be so I have accepted it.

An emperor penguin weighs about 30kg :) We're about a quarter of the way to one penguin, I think :-))

Thanks Mandi :D

I don't think I am anymore Judy, but I used to be obese according to the BMI so I'm very paranoid about my weight :(

I put on 300gm last friday. Then proceeded to go on a girls weekend, need i say more! However, I have started reading Cyndi O'Meara's "Changing Habits, changing lives" book and have commenced day 1 of fruit breakfast. Wish me luck!

Amy you can buy Cyndi's books via TMX website- she is a nutritionist that endorses its use. About eating wholefoods mostly, I have just started! :) Its by no means a diet plan, more a way of life.  :D

CGL I'm glad your not giving up even with a weight gain. I don't think my scales will be nice to me this week :(
I have had a few day of snacking a little to much. Will wait till Wednesday and see what the scales say.

I am 5'5", weigh anything from 62-66kgs, depending on exercise and what I have been eating.

Happy at that, too much work to loose weight.

I will get on the scales once I am bug free, if anything I will be the same or gained as I have not done any exercise since 1 hour of climbing hills on the bike last mon, & been in bed a lot, doing nothing.
