I need to post after one go otherwise I can't make sense of all my scribbles I've made on the recipe. I've been slack and using the TMX to make things or parts of recipes and not posting. I must correct it.

Wow. I have a laptop that I use when travelling but not for the internet. I actually am trying to store all my recipes on there too so that will be helpful. I'm trying to type them up so that I can make a lovely book for DD when she eventually builds her house.
That will be my new learning thing for today. 36533

Thanks TMXer. You are a lateral thinker (like most males). I never thought of comparing it to a pot lid.

Kathryn, I've done just that resorted to snail mail. DD works in a government hospital and they have just been told that after the 3% cut backs they've made they now have to make another 10% now and 10% in the new year. Their hospital alone has to lose about 90 staff. They've all been offered redundancy!!!!!!! I pity the poor health system here, it's really going down the gurgler. The message is don't get ill in WA. I'm sure this will affect front line treatment. 23% cuts in 6 -7 months.
Sorry folks will get off my soap box now. I agree about the folate. The prostate cancer figures alone are very scary. 36535

Thank you Narelle, it was about 10 or so years now. It was weird, she was such a beautiful baby, as though she wasn't to be here for long, which was true. All the family have lots of photos though.

I don't really think I'm good at answering this but here is my opinion. I always cook with the MC on unless I'm trying to reduce the liquid in the . eg with jams or meat dishes that need the liquid reduced.

I was a bit like Baf in being undecided. I have bookclub on the Tuesday so it would have to be the Wednesday. At the moment I'm thinking 'no'.

I actually used only half the quantity of sugar Judy as we don't mind if things are a bit tart. I may use even less in the mango one. It won't be a cheap icecream as I paid $7 for the frozen mango, but it's only to try it. If it's nice I'll freeze some IF I can buy any cheap when they are in season.
