Thanks CP63. It's obvious I shop at WW. I did check the local Coles but they didn't carry it. Will try another one next time.  Much appreciated.

Yes please Judy. I have had this at a friends place. I love the idea of making up as much as you need as we couldn't eat it all in one sitting.

I've never tried mayo in the TMX, too scared to. I've made the tartare sauce and that was successful. I want to make some mayonnaise this week. How long does it last?

Will have to as I got this one at the show and it came from Albany. Unless of course I whip down there for the day, they have some great goat cheeses down that way.
Thanks.

JZ that one is lovely too. Our SAturday night special is pizza or something similar. Supposedly quick and easy bit in fact far from it.

What a great idea for kids/grandkids to do the candles. Will pass that on to some grandparents who have TMXes.

I don't know about others but I love to read all the different comments re recipes. Especially if they differ. You can sometimes work out that your family likes similar things to .........family and therefore read their reviews knowing that alteration would probably be good for your tastes. I always note on the recipes people's comments and then add to them or scribble them out according to my tastes. I even find when I make things they can vary, it makes for lots of notes on my recipes.

I usually use basmati and oftne forget to stir it and it still seems ok and cooks in 13 minutes. Must be luck.

Over here the shops close at 5 or 6 all nights except Thursday when it is 9. Saturday is 9 to 5 and Sunday is closed. I love it when we travel East as the shops are open on Sundays.

I had  quite a bit of trouble sourcing the herb and garlic feta for this.
I chopped the onion and garlic in the TMX. Also made the pastry in it and blind baked it for about 7 minutes. I shredded the cheddar in the TMX too.
The idea of adding the cheeses to the vegie mix seemed new to me and I thought it would all stick but it didn't.

It was a lovely tasting quiche and quite different owing to the feta.
I give it 5/5
