I made Kimmy's  Mexican Beef Slice. With the egg yolks leftover from the recipe I made Tenina's Lemon Curd.

In a rush! Baked a fast-as-a-flash pizza in the airfryer from frozen edc base plus leftover napoli sauce, tuna and pineapple. 5 mins.

Gert I ran out of rum the other day when I put a heap in a fruit cake. I must get some more. You have a lucky cleaner.
