K A tie, glad to hear you are home and safe.
Tonight salmon.  I’m not buying Tassie salmon for a while as it has a bug.   Tassie trout still ok.

I hope it all went well K Atie. It sounds awful.
I hadn't heard about the Tassie salmon Chookie.
Tonight we are having a pumpkin, ham and spinach frittata. It's from the latest WW magazine, Fresh. I'm only making half though.

I roasted the small fillet of pork and had lots of veggies with it.
Tonight, spatchcock with roast veggies and spinach.  We are still eating something from the garden each day.

Last night we had Eggplant Lasagna, from UK site Cookidoo in Italian Cusine . Was delicious. Used ricotta instead of mosterella. Defrosting a whole chicken .. Not sure what to do with it tonight ! Maybe in pot with lid in oven.
