I know that there are some in the new vegetarian recipe book !!!!

I will see what we can do.  ;) ;) ;)

What do you want exactly - little jellies, a big jelly, jelly with fruit, foams ????

Ive got the new vege recipe book and indeed on page 112 is Agar Jellies!

500g fruit juice
1tbsp agar flakes
450g berries or fruit of choice

Place fruit in bottom of bowl
Place juice and agar into TM bowl, 10 seconds speed 9
Then cook for 10mins on 100 speed 4

I made this today and I'm not keen.  It set VERY hard and has a floury kind of consistency to it.  I didn't pour it over the top of fruit, just set it as is for regular jelly.

Any ideas on what to do differently?  I'm thinking maybe less agar agar?
