I'm trying out a recipe for oven baked risotto.  I have never ever made a risotto before so I hope it turns out ok.

Last night we had steak layered salad with rice noddles and pomegranate molasses. Steamed broccoli sugar snaps and corn kernels to be part of the layers . Tonight was leftovers and DH had eggs .
