Maybe that's why you can't buy them from HO anymore, only through consultants (I'm sure I read that somewhere).  Is it one of their own making a bit on the side or an ex-consultant with stock to get rid of.

I just scored a free oval thermoserver cause I had a varoma demo and someone bought a machine from the demo.  Just looking on ebay and saw this one http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Thermomix-thermoserver-NEW-OVAL-SHAPE-2-5-L-/320961148377?pt=AU_ApplianceAccessoriesParts&hash=item4abac675d9

Thinking I might sell mine and make a bit of moolah!  Can't believe how much it's going for!

There's another one too going for a bit less at the moment http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150877114819&fromMakeTrack=true&ssPageName=VIP:watchlink:top:en

well I had my TM21 listed for $800, I have just taken it off, as a friend wants to buy it. I also have a brand new varoma for it, which does not come with a TM21.

$1500 is a rip off.  looks like consultants are selling a lot on ebay and gumtree to make extra money.

Crazy  :o I was looking on Gumtree  for second bowl and blade set. Found one a month ago. She had it on for $310 I offered her S250 cash and would pick up that day. She was rude and told me to pay the asking price or forget it. I told her I would wait for the next demo promotion even if it took 6 months. She still has it on Gumtree today but perhaps it's sold and she just hasn't removed the ad. She said unwanted gift.

Geez that's a bit pricey, I love the oval thermoserver but never would I pay that much, it's ludicrous and to have 8 bids  :-)) the mind boggles
