That would have been interesting. What foods did you use Amy?

Took ma in laws financial report into Perpetual Trustees this morning. Came home and have made a golden syrup chocolate cake and in the process of making fruit mince baked doughnuts. Will post if they turn out.

Gert

We made salmon and dill patties with tartare sauce, and some pureed carrots and peas on the side. We also made a basic trifle :) It can actually be quite tricky because you have to get the food the right texture and consistency so that people with dysphagia or other swallowing difficulties are able to eat it safely.
I can't wait to go on my placement day to the hospital because then we will get to see it being done for real patients :D

What are you studying Amy?

Nutrition and Dietetic Assistance :) And I'm finishing off a Personal Training course too ;D
I'll have qualifications coming out of my ears soon :o

That's what my daughter did  at university Amy and she also then became a personal trainer. She enjoyed both and is a great mum who brings her knowledge into cooking well balanced healthy meals and snacks for her 3 children and another one on the way. Hope u r enjoying it and good luck  :)

Did you enjoy the fish pedicure? I tried it once and really didn't like it. Not sure on the hygiene aspect when so many people use the same tanks and fish. Amazed how it's taken on world wide in the last 5 years.  Where did you have yours Frozzie

I loved it last Time and à bit less this time as thé fish were much bigger.. So could feel them biting lol.. Lots of little fishies is nice.. Hygiène fine hère as they bathe your feet in à Anti bacterial yet natural solution before you put your feet in thé tank and if your feet arent  healthy they dont let you do it. Also thé fish have resting périodes between each client. The only places that scare me are thé cheap asian and africain places here that charge you nothing and use dodgy products and hygiène levels are low..

Well rushing around as usual.
Moved the pony to more grass for few hours and back again to his bare paddock. Have do this daily to prevent laminitis.
More cleaning, doing major clean room by room, in all the corners etc. I try to keep on top as it was a newly done house when we moved in in November. I do 2 to 3 hours per day and only at a fair pace, not killing myself.
Lunch for DH and dinner for 3.
More washing, DH had a clothes change at lunch after sorting cattle this am!
No baking today.
Out shopping to cash n carry, supermarket and few other places getting general stuff and stuff for soap making. Also filled car up with diesel. DD borrowed it last week for 4 days - 120 miles.
Forum time of course, and time for reading and researching.

It was a sunglasses and mackintosh day. Sun and heavy showers!

Not sure if I could cope with a fish pedicure, I can't stand people touching my feet, don't know about fish? Interesting though :)
