Looks absolutely fabulous CC! Bravo! It's as pretty as a picture!

This is a great curry but we find it pretty mild even using the correct number of chillies! The coriander gives it a lovely fresh flavour, and a bright green colour! It's pretty wet too - lots of sauce. It's an African curry so the flavours are more subtle than some of the other curries in the Indian Cookbook, it kind of reminds me like a cross between an Indian and Thai curry. A nice addition to any curry repetoire. Great served with rotis and/or rice!

This curry is great - so simple to make and full of flavour and will be loved by carnivores and herbivores alike. A really great recipe!

I've made this a few times since my last post, and have really grown to love this curry! But it has got a real kick! I reckon skip the dried chilli if you want less heat. I found that if I cut the pumpkin to the correct size, it cooks really well with no need to steam first. Just be prepared that this is a mushier, but super tasty curry.

I'm really excited as I'm on a low iodine diet as part of my treatment which makes so many foods off limits, however, I can eat everything in the list of ingredients! Yay! I am definitely going to try this today - I wonder if it would work as bliss balls. I'll see how the mixture feels... watch this space! Great recipe - looks healthy and delicious!

That sounds great, Cookie. The folks at work aren't quite as generous as the peeps in your neighbourhood, but every little bit helps! Such a good cause!

This is still a huge favourite in our house and have had heaps of people ask me for the recipe  ;D
TAT - did you post your berry and yoghurt cake somewhere? Would love to try it.

Yes, it's a big favourite here too, we love it almost as much as the Berry and Yoghurt Cake which is absolutely delish! I'm making one today for the Biggest Morning Tea on Thursday (it freezes really well.) I am sure I have posted it on the forum but if you can't find it, it's on the blog http://www.theannoyedthyroid.com/2013/02/21/thermomix-mixed-berry-yoghurt-cake/ I hope you like it!

Was this close to buying a bundt tin today
I've got a silicone one and it's my new best friend. Everything that comes out of it looks sooo good!  :)

I swap lemon for orange. Baking in the oven now.

Hope you enjoy it! It tastes great with lemon too!

I made it but left the lid off when I was heating the milk and flour mixture! It was a bit bland, (well, it was from a baby and toddler book) but with lots of seasoning it was quite tasty. Better cold the next day though!

Hi Judy, I'm not sure where I should put this, but I came across this today - apparently it's from this book.

Sneaky Macaroni Cheese

ETA: In the interest of being clear, this is the recipe. lol

Is this the orginial recipe then? Have you tried? I was thinking of giving it a whirl tonight...

This cake went down a treat at the Easter barby! Thanks Cookie, for reminding me about the BBC Good Food app - I must get it on the ipad. So sad since the Aussie magazine went out of print  :( Definitely give this a go when you need your next chocolate fix!
