Great to see how much you've both been making in your TM - I hope you are feeling more acclimatized to the Qld weather now too.

I keep going to the guided recipes and forgetting about the automated programs - thanks for the reminder to try this one out  :)

Welcome Lonnie; just wondering how you made the Paleo bread as my son is eating paleo and I would like to make him some bread

Hi troupie,

I used the recipe on p155 of Quirky Cooking. I've had a quick look on her blog but she doesn't have the recipe there. There is another Paleo Bread recipe on the Recipe Community site if you'd like to try that: http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/baking-savoury-recipes/paleo-bread-converted-elenas-pantry-wwwwholefoodiekitchen/105636

Recipe Book Recipe Reviews / Re: TM5 Automated Program : Yoghurt
« on: October 09, 2014, 10:38:40 pm »
I used the automated program to make coconut yoghurt overnight on Wednesday. It was really runny, but after 24 hours in the fridge it is much, much thicker. I didn't use any thickening agent (such as agar agar or pectin) or sweetener, just coconut cream, dry non-dairy yoghurt culture and a probiotic tablet.

Thanks Aussie Brenda and EmeraldSue.

I've just put in some coconut yoghurt on the automatic program - will be interested to see what it looks like in the morning :)

No pics, because we've eaten it all, but since my TM was delivered yesterday, I've made vegetable stock paste, a paleo mint choc slice, grain free bread, mock sour cream, dairy free beef stroganoff with cabbage and veg in the varoma, and a banana macadamia nut choc 'ice cream'  :)
