Title: Banana Bread (with photo)

Banana Bread

Ingredients
220g water
100g milk
10g honey
20g fresh yeast
620g flour
100g wholewheat flour
200g banana
10g salt
50g butter or margarine

Preparation
    * Warm water, milk and honey for 1 minute at 37°C on Speed 1
    * Add yeast and mix for 4 seconds on Speed 4
    * Add both flours, banana, salt and butter. Knead for 5 minutes
    * Put dough in a deep bowl. Cover with plastic film and let it rise for 1 hour
    * Divide dough into two pieces. Flour countertop and your hands. Roll half dough around 50-60cm long. Turn it around and give it a spiral shape as in the picture. Let it rise for 1 hour
    * Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes until browned on the top

That picture was a surprise farfallina as I was expecting a cake like loaf but it is definitely bread like. Interesting.

Is it a sweet loaf farfallina or just like plain bread?

It is not like a cake at all girls
It is bread !!
Banana is a nice addition. It helps also to keep it fresh somehow
I like the taste of it also the day after. (surely it is not crispy but still taste nice)

 :o wow that pic wasnt what i expected at all  :D i am only new to this bread baking business, i will have to print this one off to give it a try

Before I got Thermomix I never baked bread too Tessa. I didn't do anything with fresh yeast as well
Now I make many different bread recipes and have never failed so far with Thermomix
I hope you find bread results satisfying too  ;)
