I had about 3 kgs cumquats given to me today so tonight I’ve made 6 jars of marmalade using about 1 kg of them for my son-in-law in Melbourne.

Judy, Cumquat Marmalade and jelly are our favourite jams here.  Well done as the pips take some removing.
Yesterday we had brunch at King and Godfrey’s in Lygon Street in Carlton. This Italian store has been 3 years being renovated.  I took some photos of the Salads they had prepared for lunch.   They looked amazing.

Gorgeous looking Marmalade Judy.
Love the look at the Salads Chookie.
Just a loaf of bread and a batch of Bolognese Sauce.

Thanks Denise, I’ve now made 12 jars with the last 6 to go later today.  Will be glad when it’s finished but SIL can’t wait to come over sometime in January to take some back home with him. He makes his own when and if he can get hold of cumquats but apparently it’s not easy to find someone who has a tree.

Made a loaf of bread in Bread Machine.  Not as nice as Thermomix/ hand made.
Will be making overnight SD bread sticks.  Bought some Nutrigrain to make Cookies Nuts and Bolts.

I managed to get my fudge made yesterday https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11667.0
and then made some of Tenina's Raw Muesli Bars. DD took them to work for their Christmas lunch.

That looks rather nice Chookie. I love anything with cherries in.

I made Tenina’s raw meusli slice.  It’s very tasty and sort of healthy.
