I am attempting to cook a very rubbery Turkey.  Don’t know what it will be like.  I dry brined it.  Thank goodness I have ham and prawns.
Have made 4 dozen small tarts.

I have made and cooked a chicken roll, a Christmas terrine, tons of salads, fruit salad and trifle, rum balls, Christmas icecream, slow roasted tomatoes with garlic and chilli. DH did the ironing for me while I did all that, I've had it now, but everything is done for tomorrow.

No cooking here, unless you call using the coffee machine as cooking.

I have a turkey crown stuffed and ready to go into oven. Potatoes peeled ready to steam then roast. Carrots peeled. Sprout trimmed. Broccoli washed. All veg will be steamed later. Pigs in Blankets and stuffing balls all prepped to cook in the oven later. Gravy all ready to go.
Chocolate Souffles in the freezer to cook from frozen. Serving these with either Cornish Clotted Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream or both. I suppose it will then be clearing up and stacking the dishwasher.😂

CC, lovely. I envy you your hot Xmas lunch.  We can only have a hot lunch if the weather is cold.   This does happen sometimes.
Yesterday we had cold roasted turkey, ham and prawns.  Two salads and garlic SD bread and rolls.  Pav and fruit and little nut tarts and Portuguese Tarts.
