Can I slow cook a gammon joint in my thermomix?

I would cook it in you Slow Cooker if you have one but you could steam it in the Varoma but have no idea how long it would take.If you try the Varoma way don't forget to check the water levels in the jug regularly as you don't want it to boil dry.

I had to check the meaning of Gammon as we don't use that term here. I was correct but still not sure how to cook it. An English rose to the rescue. ;D ;D ;D
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

A slow cooker and thermomix go very well together!
I often prepare curry or butter chicken in Thermomix and cook in slow cooker.

Alice Alexandra has a new free ebook using the thermomix and the SC. I've made 2 of the recipes and they are delicious.

You could steam  your Gammon in the Varoma on the TMX, but I think that the size would be the problem. I would go for the slow cooker.
