Sorry to hear that Margaret, food restrictions are pretty tough and meals become boring. Wishing you all the best.

I was informed that DH and DD needed more bread. It was too late to feed up the SD starter so I made a thermomumma loaf for them. I usually weigh each portion, but as you can see I didn’t this time.

It sounds delicious Mab. I don’t have much success with Skinnymixer recipes KAtie. I don’t really know why.
We’re having chicken breast stuffed with cheese and wrapped in Proscuitto. Some sort of veggies too.

A lot has been happening on the forum since I was last on.  Marina I hope your OP goes well.

I have had an interesting 12 days in hospital.  4 days in the West Gippsland Hospital and 8 days in the Dandenong Hospital.  I had not been eating properly for quite some time and then I had 5 days of being unable to keep food or liquid down.  I went from 72kg down to 60kg.  The problem is with my oesophagus which goes into spasm.   There have been lots of tests and still more to be done.  Unfortunately there is no cure for this.  In the hospital I was being fed through a nasal tube to try and build me up a bit.  Now my meals will need to be mostly soft foods like thin soups and pureed meals, nothing that is lumpy or has solid food in it.  This came as a bit of a shock but hopefully things will improve in time. I think my TMX is going to be working overtime.
