EDC cho chip cookies
« on: October 09, 2011, 06:43:30 am »
l made  the  choc chips cookies from the EDC and they did not spread
did l do something wrong as the photo show biscuits that spread
they were quite puffy looking and soft inside  even when cooled down
l cooked them for 12 mins

I've not tried that particular recipe, preferring my own, but the EDC is notoriously unreliable. :(

Nazar, go to the cake thread and type choc chip cookies into the search box.  You will find quite a few variations on this theme.

My son made these last week, I found they stayed very soft, crumbled VERY easily, and just weren't that yum  :( We will go back to my old pre-thermie recipe, and try to convert it I think  :-))

I'm of the few that like this recipe and use it often - kids even make it. But I must say when I do make it I always add flour or moisture (different somedays) to get bickie texture I like. ;)
