Hamburgers tonight, but instead of a meat patty I will use haloumi cheese.

Made a loaf of grain bread in Bread machine.  We had chicken and lettuce sandwiches.

Tonight is a chilli sort of marinade on chicken and then AF it. Probably vegetables with it.

Last night, fillet steak grilled with cold slaw. Roasted tomatoes.
Tonight sausages with veggies.

Yesterday I made Skinnymixer's Chicken & Sweet Corn soup.  I found it quite delicious as did DH (he had rolls to go with).  I cut down a few more cals by using Light & Creamy evap milk in place of the cream too.  Will make again.  :)

I used home made chicken stock instead of water and chicken stock concentrate too.  A simple recipe but was nice.  :)

DH has decided he wants meatballs I n a tomato sauce with pasta. Pretty easy, I will make the pasta in a while.

Beef and veggie stir fry with brown rice. Fresh Mangoes .  I bought 8 mangoes for $4 dollars.

The mangoes were a bargain Chookie. I make a fresh fruit salad every week at the moment and a mango is usually the base of it.

My brother is coming for lunch today, so it will be leftovers for dinner tonight. As it is forecast to be 40 we are having cold meat and salad, followed by mini icecream puddings with ruby chocolate on the top.
