Whew! Just speed read all eleven pages!! Wow, this one moved quickly.

I've pm'd you Denise and hope that the end of August suits others. I have a conference in Perth at the beginning of August and will be in Perth for 5 days, so end is better for me.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Thanks everyone, I will be printing off all the info and working out bedding configuration over the next couple of days. Just scanning through quickly the weekend of the 24th seems to work with the majority, but I will confirm that also. Then I've got to make a couple of phone calls and I should be able to come up with a $

Aww DD it would be great to have you there, but I don't think your preferences are going to work in  :'( It seems to be the weekend of the 24th that suits the majority, and we don't want to upset the fathers by not being there on Farters Day now thats its been brought to our attention. We all need to treat ourselves sometimes, so maybe this will become an annual Pilgramage  ;)
