I think I may have to shift to your house Margaret, your cooking sounds delicious.

I'm making a fruit loaf as the one in the freezer has finished, a loaf of classic bread and maybe something else.
The cranberry and Orange Fruit loaf I made.

I made some Macadamia Anzacs yesterday and they went so very soft. I think I left them out in the air con for too long. I have crisped them up today and hope they stay like that.
I made a rye SD this morning.
DD bought me a bread book she saw in KMart. I have made a seeded loaf from it and some Olive and Sundried Tomato Rolls to have with our haloumi burgers tonight. All the mixes in this book are only about 250g flour. I have decided I will make the small quantity and then if we like it I can double the mix.

It's lovely when your cooking is gobbled up. Everyone here is either diabetic (me) watching their cholesterol or weight or just being healthy. (all of us)
I have made a couple of loaves from the book DD bought me. They are very interesting. They have a tiny bit of SD starter, a little milk and a bit of egg. They go into tins with lids. I had to hunt round for mine. They are 2cm larger than those suggested in the recipe so I will see what happens.

Today I have made a Classic loaf, put a rye SD in the fridge to rise overnight and made some biscuits. https://becs-table.com.au/venetian-biscuits-thermomix-and-food-processor-recipe/

I’ve decided not to put the icing on them.

Oh, how I been missing all this good cooking. Lovely bread and cookies, girls.
Although I have felt quite ill, a quick look at a RecipeTinEats recipe got me moving.  Where I use cauliflower as the base for my cream soups,  she uses peeled Zucchini.  While we were away a large Zuchinni grew in the Veggie patch.
I cooked it in the TMX, added a tin of diced peeled tomatoes that had basil and oregano added , 3 chicken cubes and a little milk at the end.  Will post recipe as it is certainly a keeper.
Too ill to go out but not sick enough to stop cooking. !  ;D
