Lucky you having a nice day for the run cookie.  Did you find the petrol cap?

Judy I will tell you if you keep it a secret! About 25 miles down the road DH had to brake hard and would you believe the radiator cap had been lodged between the bonnet and mudguard and it rolled off when he braked? It had somehow worked loose, I think we will have to find a 'new' one.

Thanks Cookie.  Ral loved it. He even got on to Google last night and looked it up.
Bad luck about the radiator cap.

Wonderful photos Cookie 8)

I thought of you and your DH yesterday Cookie. I was out walking when I saw a neighbour driving his vintage Steam Car. I don’t know the neighbour very well but know he is a car enthusiast. It was a magnificent sight and I giggled when he honked the cars air horn with his hand. His grandson was laughing away beside him. What a sight. I was a bit slow with my phone camera to shoot him. Maybe I will see him again and will be quicker next time. ;)

Gert, are you home from your trip to Italy?

Yup. Last week. Had a wonderful time.i would recommend Albatross Tours to everyone. Small groups with a guide and driver. Off the beaten tracks. Excellent first rate hotels. Top foodie restaurants with flowing wines. Fantastic company and worth every penny.
