JD - I made this one yesterday LeeJ and it still wasn't set this morning.  It is probably my fault because I did use low fat Philly cheese and low fat condensed milk.  Did you use the full fat versions?  I ended up putting it in the freezer to harden and will try and cut pieces from it as needed then leave them sit for 1/2 hour to soften.

Certainly sound easy Lee, I still have some coulis in the freezer so even quicker.  DH's birthday on Wednesday, wonder if he would like this instead of a cake  ;)

I suspect I am going to be too Lee but what the heck, this looks easier than making a cake and I can share it around with the neighbours.

I am so sorry CC, I do keep forgetting it's an international forum!

Just as the previous girls said, it's just a shortbread bickie :)

Cookie, I just discovered a 'Milky Way bar Cake', it is far more sinful then it sounds, and I dare not make, nor convert such a thing!  :D

That's very wise LeeJ!  Have you heard about the deep fried Mars bars in the UK?
