Must get around to putting up the recipe for the Pear and Ginger sponge Pud.  Great for the cold weather and easy adaptable for size and dietary variations.
Will try a couple more GF recipes today.  I’m compiling a folder of successful recipes.

Is the GF diet helping you Chookie? I hope so.
We had run out of food to have with coffee so I made a slice. It caught my attention as it was called Election slice. If it is nice I will share the link. A nice easy melt and mix recipe.

Cookie, I think theGF diet is helping.  I am into the second week.  I am not being fanatical.  I think I may have been eating too much bread. It is really quite easy as there are so many substitutes available .  Our local IGA has a massive amount of products.  It is 5 minutes away by car.  I had an upset tummy and a head full of mucus when i woke each morning.  Both gone.  Both signs of an Gluten intolerance.
Yesterday I made Ral a Hedgehog slice.

If you’re feeling better it is so worth the extra effort you are putting into finding suitable recipes and giving up some of your favourite foods Chookie.  Well done you.

I'm glad you are feeling some good effects Chookie.
No cooking here today. I went to the podiatrist, then did the shopping, had lunch and slept the afternoon away. I seem to need a nanny nap by either Wednesday or Thursday.

Cookie, I envy you your Nanny nap.  I am sure I would benefit from one but can’t sleep during the day.
Not much cooking today, power off.

I seem to need to regenerate one afternoon a week Chookie.
I have a SD batard rising and also Chookie's  Rustic Bread. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4234.msg53095#msg53095
I will make a fruit loaf a little later as I have the batard in the tin I use for that.
