I love the sound of a high octane flavour bomb. 😀😀😀😀
Last night we had RTE Easy Chicken Noodle soup for dinner with the Olive and Parmesan bread. Lovely and warming.
Tonight we are having a Tenina curry with rice.

Last night I reheated the High Octane Chicken ( coconut milk version) under the grill in the oven.  We loved it.  The flavour of the sauce was mild.  It would be easy to give it a boost by adding a bit more of the FB mixture..
The pumpkin that I roasted in the tomato version was more spicy and delicious.  I could eat a meal of this with a couple of additions.
I also made my recipe for the Quinoa and broccoli rice.  We had some with the chicken and with the remainder I made quinoa and chilli falafels. I used Mount Zero falafel mix to thicken the mixture.
We will have the remaining chicken tonight.

Spoilt tonight , family cooked dinner ! I had to quickly help so dinner would not be really late . Chops roasted carrots and potato wedges , followed by apple crumble. Now the ten  apples were peeled by DS and DH sliced them ! I added the topping and bunged it in the oven . DD whipped cream with vanilla. Wine was poured but just not up to it . Great meal .

Last night, lamb cooked in the slow cooker. It turned out more like pulled lamb.
There is plenty left over so will make pies.

K ATIE, that was nice for family to prepare dinner.
Michele,  nothing wrong with pulled lamb.
I made a massive ham and pea soup in the SC.

Pulled chicken and gravy rolls sound yummy and the apple crumble.

Does anyone have the blade cover and slow cooked in the TMX? The blade covers are sold out at the moment.

I’d love a blade cover Mich. I like the idea of the blades not being able to touch the food. I hope to get one when they come back in stock.

I put a bit more in my roll after I took the photo. It was very tasty.

Please tell me about the blade cover for the TMX.  It’s obvious I have been down my rabbit hole too long.
