Liquid mesquite smoke

Does anyone know where
I can buy it. Never heard of it before but woukd like to cook kalua pork which is a hawaiin dish & the liquid smoke gives you the taste similar to a luau.

does your  supermarket have it with the sauces, or online..

There is  a USA  food on line somewhere. I think they are in Melbourne.

BBQ's Galore carry it and maybe others like it.

Thank you, have ordered some on line with dh's cc, lol. He is at  the gym & I am in bed not feeling too crash hot >:( we will robably eat the pork vefore he gets the bill. ;D

If it tastes anything like the pork in Hawaii we will love it.

Found 2 recipes, 1 takes 16 hours in slow cooker, the orher 2 1/2 in the oven.

Barbecue shops that sell smoking chips etc have it too.  Barbecues Galore near us has it.

I will look at the bbq shoos, see what else they have.

We have a built in gas bbq so I havent really looked in the bbq shops.

I got some at the health food stall at Vic Market in Melbourne, which makes me think it must be pretty easy to get elsewhere, but sounds like you have already organised some.
