Has anyone had success with making coconut yogurt? I have a few fesh coconuts I would like to try. I have tried with making coconut milk, and then making it into yogurt without success.

Appreciate if anyone knows the techniques that work  ;D. Many thanks

There is a recipe for coconut yoghurt in the My way of Cooking book on page 230.
I have adapted it to suit me and it's very easy.
Place 100 grams of dessicated coconut in TM bowl and pulverize for 15secs on speed 9.
Add 400 grams of fresh milk ( I use REV) and blend for 40 secs on speed 9.
add another 400 grams of milk and 50 grams of powdered milk blend for 10 secs on speed 7.
Cook on 90' for 30 minutes on speed 3 - 4. You need this speed as the milk will stick to the bottom of TM bowl.
Allow to cool until temp reaches 37'. This can take some time.
Once it reaches this temp then add 3 to 4 tabs of yoghurt from a previous batch or a new store bought tub, ( greek yoghurt is good).
Blend for 4 secs on speed 4. Now cook for 10 mins at 37' speed 1. Pour yoghurt into prewarmed thermoserver and leave for 6 to 8 hours to set.
This is really yumm with everything sweet or savoury.
