Ohh I haven't been on here for a while!!

I had my delivery demo on Tuesday night which was fantastic, really want to make some more risotto (especially since I can take it to work for lunch the next day!).

I've made tons of soup (Potato & Leek, Cauliflower & Almond, Sugar Snap Pea), Steamed plenty of salmon and tried plenty of different things!

I have owned my TMX for exactly 53 hours and I cannot imagine my life now without it.  I told DH this early this evening.  Then, I thought I had better mention that I could not live with HIM either...  Oops!!!
