« on: January 26, 2011, 02:09:17 am »
Just received by thermomix on Sat and just love it and making coffee is the easiest,  and lemon butter is so yummy lots of learning and playing to do. I am going to look up a fruit cake recipe as hubby wants some muffins for work.

hello again, well have just been to first cooking class and it was awesome listening and learning and tasting new things, since I was first on here I have tried a few things like making jam(apricot and a fig jam) and love making salads in tm. I love looking at the forum and reading different recipes and hints and tips and can't wait to have my varoma demo. :-))

Welcome back donnaby.  You've had your machine for almost a month now - have you cooked any main meals in it yet? The basis cooking classes are very good for new owners and inspire you to try new recipes as will browsing this forum as well. Hopefully once you've had your varoma demo you will start using that too - it gets used a lot in this house.
