No longer will I be paying the prices for this scrumptious Rodini because my Thermomix and me have got this down to a fine art.
This was taken from the Focaccia Recipe in the EDC Book and I have added.......
A light amount of oil on top
Minced Garlic from Jar
Cracked Black Pepper
Parmasen Cheese
Grated Cheese
Popped in the oven and cooked when it was almost cooked I took it out and cut the slices in it like they do and then popped it back in the oven to finish off.
