I am in awe of all of you who are painting ATM. I wouldn't know where to start.

Had some "dealings" with a few government departments this week. If we ran our businesses the way these departments are run… (words fail me). So I bought this to cheer myself up.

I've ordered these 2 dresses but as they are on back order it will be 2-3 weeks before they arrive. Of course they will be a bit longer on me.  ;D

For those painting the 3L milk cartons are great. Cut a hole in the side, fill with paint and stick the paint brush in. You can hold it by the handle. Glad wrap around the hole in between painting sessions and no need to wash the paint brush.

Yay! I finally did it! Bought an iRobot Roomba 630 after being inspired by posts on this thread! Thank you posters!

We have a much loved german shepherd dog whose coat seems to shed continuously and it's worse when he's moulting, so our floors always seem to have wisps of dog hair floating about and a layer of hair collecting on the rugs - no matter that I may have just done a thorough vacuum. I get Robbie to do a quick run around the main areas of the house and problem now solved! Quite entertaining too as the dog regards Robbie with much suspicion, especially when Robbie gives him a gentle bump and he has to move! Also loving that Robbie goes under furniture and the special attention he gives to doing under beds! Even my 20 year old IT obsessed son was impressed by what it can do. Loving it!

It sounds as though Robbie will be a well loved member of the household JenJan.

JulieO the dresses are lovely, especially the stripey one.

Gayle I know how you fee, I have been having a mini tussle with a government department as their typist missed a zero out in some correspondence.

Lots of great shopping happening.

They are beautiful dresses Julie.

Will be interested in how the Roomba goes JenJan and it's so nice to see you posting.  :D

INAID - thanks for the tip with the milk bottle, disposable and free, the latter being DH's favourite word.  ;D

Lots of us painting at the moment. Don't know whether or not Kimmy has finished painting?
Nearly mich. In a bit of a slump at the moment. Life very busy with the boys. I have the pantry, linen cupboard and two robes left to do. Of course the garage too, but getting DH motivated to move his junk is a whole other task in itself 😳. Would you believe after 13 years in our house with very little wall damaged, the little munchkins (and one very big munchkin) have put two large dents in the freshly painted walls 😢 Why do I bother???

Lovely shopping girls. Great dresses JulieO.

Oh Kimmy, isn't that always the case?  Hopefully there will be no more damage.  :-X

I'm going shopping for a new dog bed, collar and all things to go with a puppy. He will be here in about a month and so I NEED some sweet little puppy things!

My other dogs will be getting new beds as well. Don't want them to feel left out!
