Home made is always so tasty. I have Tenina's Lime cake in the oven and Chookie's Creamy Vegetable soup in the thermomix. We have dental appointments this afternoon and I'm scared already.

I've made Winter Vegetable. soup, Buckwheat & Chia bread & healthy Fererro Rocher balls.
Lime cake sounds good Jean.
I made the Parmesan Crisps last weekend and kept some in an airtight container to see how long they would keep. Still crisp after 4 days. Handy to know if you need to make ahead of time. So quick & Easy.

I kept the parmesan crisps in the fridge Katj and they also kept very nicely so will make again. Made the tomato soup as well. Have just put the EDC carrot cake in the oven for a trial so here's hoping.

The lime cake is really nice. The flavour is quite unusual and it's very moist.

I have just made some of Chookie's SD crumpets. I burnt one quite badly so it looks like I will have to scrape it and pop some butter and honey on it just to check that they are ok. ;D

I also have some Benoitons rising.http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=16616.0

Just making some hot dogs in buns for lunch, the dough rose beautifully with the heater on, one positive I suppose  but not a lot of  motivation today, it's freezing cold and I'm struggling to move off the couch, 3 weeks until spring

Sounds yum astarra
I will bake tomorrow for the week
