Happy that I've just made contact with a cousin who I haven't spoken to in 7 years :)

That is great Amy.  :) It is always good to keep in touch with family. Sometimes we only seem to get together at funerals and weddings. The funerals seem to happen more regularly than the weddings.  :o

Have a good time on your holiday Robyn.

So true DD, especially after a certain age.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Have a good holiday Robyn.
Very pleased about your news Judy. It should be easier to add in more help and support as and when you need it from now on.

happy, I finally got some sense from a case manager from whirpool.

If the overseas call centre had answered my phone call in the last 3 weeks, my dead fridge would have been fixed under warranty.
They answered on Monday, and the warranty ran out on Friday last week.  :'(

There email us crashed on monday on their website too, as all my info went.

They offered to warrants parts, not labour.
labour is $130 to look at it, and then more to fix. :)

 Finally some customer service.... :)

Thank you Mr Google again.  Just keep googling, and you will find it.
