A beautiful picnic lunch Chookie.
Happy Anniversary to you both. We are a few years behind you. Funny how teachers' seem to marry in the holidays!

Congratulations to you both, Chookie.  The picnic lunch looked good.

Today DH and I are hoping to get our booster shots - heading down to the Royal Exhibition Buildings about 7.00 am'ish to get near the top of the queue and before it gets too hot.

Each year I grow  these  for Xmas, however they are at full bloom for New Year.  The perfume is wonderful.

It's surprising how much can happen in a short absence, Gert.  Hope you manage to catch up on everything.

Hi Gert. Thinking of you also.
30 here today. Bit hot for me. Cookie, can’t imagine how you cope.
Big clean out of study. Had become place to put everything until dealt with. Lots of cardboard boxes.

Our GD is home from Qld for a couple of days.  We are having an afternoon tea at DS's house tomorrow for family and friends.  DH and I  have not seen her since Jan 2020.

DD asked Artist is she could share the painting she did with the Forum . She has also kindly written a description of the painting. They are paddling across Bass Straight in February.

That is wonderful, Chookie.  What a beautiful image and the explanation really illustrated what all the different symbols represented, there was so much thought and so much tradition behind it.  Very special indeed.

Good luck to the girls when they set out on their adventure and wishes for a quick and safe journey.

Such a meaningful picture thanks to the explanation from the artist, so very kind of her to allow it to be shared with our group Chookie.
